1. Processing time
Orders are prepared with care in our Barcelona atelier within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched.
2. Delivery zones and times
• Spain (Peninsula): 2–4 business days.
• Balearic Islands: 3–5 business days.
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5–10 business days (customs duties may apply).
• European Union: 3–7 business days.
• Rest of the world: 7–15 business days.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free standard shipping is offered for Spanish Peninsula orders over €60.
4. Customs and duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@lunea.com. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and find the best solution together.
